As founders of Catador, Jane and Alejandro combine 40+ years’ experience sourcing talent, working with numerous high-performing enterprises and start-ups across different countries, building platforms from scratch and the expertise running multimillion-dollar companies. We are highly motivated founders and positive thinking leaders who enjoy working with talented people and understand the importance that empowered teams, exponential technology and innovation can have in changing the world.
